What is The MAP Method™?

The MAP Method™, short for Make Anything Possible, is a modern personal development approach that draws on neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and energy psychology. Developed by Colette Streicher in 2013, it provides a gentle and non-invasive way to clear mental and emotional barriers.

At its core, MAP allows individuals to:

  • Quiet internal fears and emotional reactions
     

  • Shift subconscious beliefs that may be holding them back
     

  • Tap into a higher level of awareness (sometimes called the "Superconscious") to guide inner change

Rather than relying on traditional dialogue-based methods, MAP gently and efficiently resolves trauma-related parts at the unconscious level. This approach avoids emotional overwhelm and is significantly faster than conventional parts work.

Unlike hypnosis, there’s no induction involved

The session follows a structured protocol guided by muscle testing (applied kinesiology), which keeps the process tailored to the individual client.

Instructions are given directly to the superconscious to locate and neutralize traumatic memories, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks stored in the subconscious.

Clients are only asked to bring their chosen topic or issue into their awareness—without needing to share or relive painful details. They rate their emotional intensity and notice internal changes as the process unfolds.

Throughout the session, clients regularly evaluate their emotional state and provide feedback, allowing clear, measurable outcomes each time.


Reported Benefits and Research

In a group experience involving over 250 participants, more than 90% reported a major drop in stress levels after a MAP session. Nearly half of them reported that their stress disappeared entirely within a single session. These outcomes point to MAP's potential for rapid, deep emotional shifts.
